Perhaps Bob's most popular creation is Madeleine Giovanni, the deadly vampire assassin who was featured in both the Masquerade of the Red Death trilogy and the Horizon War trilogy. Now, for the first time in six years, Madeleine returns in the Moonstone Comic, Vampire the Masquerade. This 48 page graphic novel was published in June 2003 and should still be available from most quality comic book stores. The artwork for the story is by the extremely talented Richard Clark. Covery art is by Eddy Newell. Also appearing in this new story, "The Machiavelli Conundrum," is Madeleine's grandfather, Master of the Mausoleum, the diabolical Pietro Giovanni. And look for a few surprise guests...
