Perhaps Bob's most popular creation was Madeleine Giovanni, the deadly vampire assassin who was featured in both the Masquerade of the Red Death trilogy and the Horizon War trilogy. Six years after her appearances in these two series published by White Wolf, Madeleine made her triumphant return in Moonstone Comic's "Vampire the Masquerade" comic book. This all new 48 page graphic novel featured art by the extremely talented Richard Clark, with a cover by Eddy Newell. Along with Madeleine, several other familiar characters from the Masquerade of the Red Death also make cameos in the story. A tale of intrigue and vampire politics, the story was titled "The Machiavelli Conundrum."
